FLM+ Adds New Team Members
Columbus, OH – December 6, 2016 – FLM+, a hybrid strategic consulting, marketing and communications company, announced today the addition of new team members to three of its offices.
Therese Rivers joins the Indianapolis office as business manager. She was previously with Adayana as controller, industry business unit. She served with Adayana and its predecessor company, ABG, for more than 28 years.
Rivers is a graduate of Ball State University with a B.S. in accounting and MIS.
Lukus Blackford joins the Minneapolis office as digital media strategist. Lukus comes from New York-based Wunderman, a global, full-service performance media agency, as manager of digital media where he led the digital performance media team responsible for strategy, execution and management of digital media for all U.S. clients. Prior to that, he was with Jellyfish, Archer Malmo, South Central Digital, CJ Advertising and Blackford & Sons.
Blackford is DoubleClick Bid Manager Fundamentals certified, DoubleClick Campaign Manager Fundamentals certified, Google AdWords certified and Acquisio Fundamentals certified.
Joining the Columbus office is Quinton Keeran as social media strategist. Keeran was most recently director of communications for the Ohio Pork Council. He was honored as digital specialist of the year by Professional Ag Communicators and has also served on the boards of the Ohio Shorthorn Breeders’ Association, Madison County Cattlemen’s Association and the Madison County Agricultural Society.
Keeran is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in agriculture. He continues to be an actively involved in the family farm, raising cattle with his wife and in-laws and freelances as a professional livestock photographer and marketer, maintaining clients in Ohio and surrounding states.
Also joining the Minneapolis office are Maggie Smith and Preston Poots, both as associate client relationship team leaders.
Smith is a recent graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Business with a degree in marketing and was named to the Beacom School of Business dean’s list. She held internships with Didion Milling and Dellwood Country Club, and on campus was a leader with the woman’s varsity swimming and diving team, American Marketing Association as well as numerous volunteer organizations.
Poots previously served as a training specialist for Ag Leader Technology. He gained experience as an ag instructor through student teaching experience, as a marketing communications intern with Cooperative Elevator Association, now CFE, and AGEI intern with Scenic Valley Produce. He holds a B.S. in agriculture and life sciences agricultural education from Iowa State University and is teacher certified.
