FLM+ Promotes Van Kampen to Sr VP
Veteran leads consulting practice
FLM+, a hybrid strategic consulting, marketing and communications company, promotes Mitch Van Kampen to senior vice president. In addition to leading several FLM+ client teams, Mitch provides functional and subject matter expertise to strategic planning, consulting, market research, go-to-market strategy and personnel development engagements.
Mitch serves on the Executive Team of FLM+, provides leadership to key FLM+ accounts and leads the FLM+ consulting functional areas including management consulting, market research and learning services.

Prior to joining FLM+ five years ago, Mitch was a member of the business development team at Adayana Inc. after having formerly served ABG/Adayana’s management consulting practice working in the food-animal pharmaceutical, ag retail, seed and crop protection, and producer checkoff spaces.
Prior to joining ABG, Mitch worked for five years in the dairy industry with the Bos Family Dairies of Fair Oaks, Ind. He is a graduate of the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
Mitch resides in the Indianapolis area with his wife, Kendra and their two children.
